BARBELL CLUB

 

Olympic lifting brings speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training.
During Barbell Club you'll work on these indispensable lifts as well as additional strength movements designed to make you stronger, faster, and more coordinated.


COACHES CHOICE

 

Constantly varied is changing your workout every time – for true fitness routine is the enemy.  The more consistent your routine is the less you’ll be prepared for the unexpected.
Our Coaches choice class is preparing you for the unexpected. This class is design to change weekly. At any given week it can change from any one of our current classes. It’s up to the coaches to choose.


FRC MOBILITY CLASS

 

Mobility refers to our human given ability to move freely without pain to the body.
This class is FRC based and incorporates myofascial movement lines, which affect our posture, performance and recovery. We reset the frozen tissue with movement skills to change our bad body patterns and brings you to the next level. All classes will incorporate people at every level and will improve your daily performance.


HIIT BOOTCAMP

 

HIIT Boot camp is a full body, circuit-style class that combines an aerobic and muscular conditioning using a wide variety of exercises to increase strength, power, agility, and speed. 
This Class focus on whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strength, and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness.


KETTLEBELL CLUB

 

Kettlebell Club consists of whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strength, and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness. 
Kettlebells come in a range of off-centered weights and a workout includes different movements such as the deadlift, swing, clean and press, and snatch. Each of these movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strength, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories.


METCON

 

(Short for Metabolic Conditioning) is a high intensity, full body CrossFit-Style workout which is designed to train stamina, endurance and conditioning. 



UPPPER BODY BLAST 

 

Define and strengthen your body in this awesome muscle conditioning class. Upper Body Blast is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire. We will use weighted plates, barbells, body weight, and other equipment to tone your upper body, and core.
This class is designed to increase strength, improve your and muscular conditioning and make you sweat.
