From ages 2 – 4: Tiny Tots' Gym (with parent participation)
At ‘Tiny Tot’s Gym’ kids are encouraged to act like kids.  A fun environment especially designed to prepare them for life’s wonderful adventures. Our unique classes revolve around play, music, and movement. We offer children a safe and inspiring space to direct their energy, build confidence, and develop key skills.

FRIDAYS from 09:00 - 09:45 

SATURDAYS from 10:00 - 10:45

From ages 5 – 11: Mighty Kids (drop-off)
An exciting programme that focuses on fun rather than formal exercise routines, and the introduction of fundamental movement skills. Aims of the programme include:

  • Build self-esteem
  • Improve balance, coordination and control
  • Keep and build strong muscles and bones
  • Enhance motor skills
  • Improve cognitive skills

TUESDAYS FROM 16:30 - 17:15 

WEDNESDAYS FROM 14:00 – 14:45

From ages 12 – 16: Teen Titans (drop-off)
A fitness programme specifically designed to help teens feel ready to take on the world. Aims of the programme include:

  • Learn proper exercise movements
  • Improve overall strength, speed and agility
  • Increase flexibility and range of motion
  • Be better prepared for sports
  • Increase stability and prevent injury

MONDAYS from 16:30 - 17:15
WEDNESDAYS from 15:00 – 15:45
FRIDAYS from 16:00 - 16:45
