Terrain has an in-depth knowledge of strength and conditioning, body composition and physique training.

He also understands, all too well, the real life struggle of balancing Life with Training and Nutrition, as for the past three years he has juggled working as a stay at home dad while running a successful Personal Training Business.

All the while, finding time to keep himself in great shape.

His philosophy is that "you can always find the time to workout".

Viviane runs Well Mama since 2016, a business focused on the wellbeing of mothers, mothers-to-be, and their families.  She specializes in pre and postnatal health by combining fitness training with pelvic floor recovery and nutrition coaching.  She has recently also taken on the wonderful challenge of teaching children’s fitness classes.  

A passionate advocate for women’s health, and a mother herself, Viviane understands the stresses and trepidations that come with trying to stay healthy and strong while looking after a young family. She’s a big believer that an active lifestyle is one of the greatest gifts you can share with your family, and so she’s on a mission to get the whole family moving! 

At NYCFIT, Viviane teaches the KIDSFIT classes as well as the mummy fitness group classes.  She is available for Personal Training and has extensive experience coaching women from early stages of pregnancy through to postpartum and beyond.  

Viviane holds several qualifications in the fitness and pelvic floor training areas, and loves to cook in her spare time.  She lives in Horgen with her husband and two young daughters.
